These sculptures from the Elmer Winter Sculpture Collection were donated by Manpower Inc. a Milwaukee, Wisconsin based, world leader in the employment services industry.  They had rust, corrosion, broken parts and pealing paint.  Vanguard repaired and refinished them as requested.  They are installed on Milwaukee, Wisconsin's Riverwalk two blocks south of Manpower Inc.'s new headquarters.  Elmer Winter is the founder of Manpower Inc.
